If you order a full-priced wedding dress during your appointment, your appointment fee will be refunded in full.

⏰ In Case of Delay: If you are late, please contact us as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes after the scheduled time, your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled.

👗 Fitting Process: Your appointment includes a private 1-hour period. During this time, you will have the opportunity to try on 4 to 5 wedding dresses. The last 10 minutes are for taking measurements and finalizing order details.

🌿 Boutique Experience: Our appointments are completely private. We welcome you in a comfortable and elegant atmosphere with complimentary tea, coffee, or sparkling drinks.

🚚 Ordering and Delivery: We recommend placing your order 2 to 8 months before your wedding date. We have Fast and Express Production options available for quick delivery. Our ready-made collections are also suitable for fast delivery.

🎀 What you need to bring: Seamless, nude-colored lingerie; Shoes of similar height to the heels you plan to wear on your wedding day; If not, a simulation can be provided with a fitting platform.
