When custom measurements or design changes are requested, this period may vary between 4-6 weeks depending on the workmanship details. We recommend that you place your order at least 2 months in advance, taking your wedding date into consideration.

You can choose the most suitable size by checking your body measurements against the detailed "Size Chart" on our product pages. If you are between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger size as wedding dresses are more amenable to alterations. You can also contact us for support from our professional team.

Due to hygiene regulations and the delicate nature of the products, you have the right to return or exchange items within 14 days that have not been altered (shortened, modified, etc.) and whose tags have not been removed. However, returns are not accepted for wedding dresses that are custom-made to your exact measurements.
