PRIVACY NOTICE REGARDING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED IN THE APPOINTMENT FORM

This Information Notice is provided by Narin Gelinlik İç ve Dış Tic. San. Ltd. Şti., acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilment of the Information Obligation, to inform you regarding the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal grounds, the method of collection, to whom it may be disclosed, and your rights under the KVKK.

The personal data you share via the Appointment Form on our website, including your first name, surname, telephone number, email address, appointment date, the location where the appointment will take place, and any other personal data you have provided voluntarily, is processed by our company to enable the relevant departments to carry out the necessary work to ensure that individuals can benefit from the products and services we offer, and to facilitate the execution of the relevant business processes.

The personal data in question is processed automatically on the legal basis set out in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law, namely that “the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract is necessary provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract”, and will only be shared with the relevant judicial authorities in the event of legal disputes.

You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the data subject, in accordance with the ‘Communication on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller’, in writing to the address: Kaynarca Mh.
