2. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT DETAILS The type, quantity, brand/model, colour and total sales price (including all taxes) of the product covered by this contract are as stated in the ‘Order Summary’ screen and on the invoice, which the Buyer has approved prior to making payment.

Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank Transfer

Delivery Costs: Unless otherwise stated, the delivery charge is payable by the Buyer. For purchases above a certain amount, this may be covered by the Seller.

3. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

Delivery Time: The product will be delivered within the committed timeframe, depending on the distance to the Buyer’s place of residence, provided this does not exceed the statutory 30-day period.

Custom-Made/Alteration Period: The preparation period for products not in stock, made to the Buyer’s measurements, or requiring alterations is [e.g. 15–45] working days. This period is added to the delivery period.

4. INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving standard (unmodified) products, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (by email or registered post) within this period and return the product as specified in Clause 5.

5. CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED (CRITICAL PROVISION) In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in the following circumstances:

Custom-Made Products: Products prepared in accordance with the consumer’s requests or personal needs (tailored to measurements, shortened in length, taken in, or altered with special colour/fabric changes).

Hygiene Products: Products where protective elements such as packaging, tape, seals or wrappers have been opened after delivery, and which are unsuitable for return on health and hygiene grounds (accessories, earrings, etc.).

Perishable Products: Products that, by their nature, are not suitable for return.

6. VALIDITY PERIOD The prices and promises regarding the product or service specified in this form remain valid until updated. In the case of time-limited campaign information, validity continues until the end of the campaign period.

7. COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS The Buyer may submit complaints and objections to Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts up to the amounts announced annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
