1.2. BUYER: For the purposes of this Agreement, the Buyer is the person who places an order via the www.narinmoda.com website and whose contact and billing details are specified on the payment page.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT MATTER The subject matter of this Agreement is the determination of the parties’ rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sale price of which are specified below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically via the Seller’s website.

ARTICLE 3 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS 3.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without incurring any legal or criminal liability, in respect of standard (unmodified) products. 3.2. IMPORTANT EXCEPTION: Pursuant to Article 15(b) of the Distance Contracts Regulation; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in “contracts relating to goods prepared in accordance with the consumer’s requests or personal needs” (e.g. wedding dresses tailored to the Buyer’s measurements, evening gowns shortened in length, designs with a specific colour selection). The buyer hereby accepts in advance that the return of products that have been altered or custom-made is not possible.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the product covered by the contract is delivered in good condition, complete and in accordance with the specifications set out in the order.

Delivery of the product shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer via the agreed courier company.

The Seller shall not be held liable for pricing errors arising from typographical or system errors.
