CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

At Narin Moda, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, since many of our products are in the "special occasion" category and contain delicate fabrics, the following rules apply:

Return Period: For standard products, it is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products:

Products that have been altered, cut, or modified to fit the customer's body measurements.

Products with removed tags, used products, or products with odors (perfume, sweat, cigarette smoke, etc.).

Due to hygiene regulations, earrings, tiaras, and similar accessories are not eligible for return.

Return Process: You can send the product you wish to return in its original box, with the invoice and all accessories, via our contracted courier service. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund: After the product reaches us and is checked by our expert team (within 2 business days), your payment will be refunded to your bank. Credit card refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
